Longhair solid grey Molly with darker points. She has striking blue eyes.
Detailed Appearance
Misthop is a very beautiful she-cat, sporting a soft grey pelt with darker points, a tall frame, and gorgeous blue eyes. Her pelt closely resembles that of her father, FogStar, as she shares his grey, almost violet, color and his dark points. Her legs, tail, spine, and face are all a slightly darker grey color, with the furthest extremeties appearing the darkest. Her chest and front of her mane, however, are a lighter hue. Her tail is very large and plumed, and she has to work very hard to keep it from being a constant mess of brambles. Her eyes are a bright, striking blue color which stand out against the dark stripes which border them. Her paws are not quite as large as those you may expect from a cat born of GladeClan, but she still possesses long, thick claws, perfect for scaling trees and keeping grips on wet ground.

{briefly; Fiery, energetic, competitive, and clumsy.}
➳Detailed Personality
Misthop is a passionate she-cat, often ruling with her heart far more often than her head. From the time she was a kitten, she demonstrated that she was not afraid to go after whatever she wanted, demonstrating this frequently as she shoved herself between her siblings in order to get the best spot in the nest or to gain the attention of one of her fathers. Coming from a large family, Misthop has always been a competitive type, often treating life's challenges as if they are a sort of game she needs to win, or a puzzle she needs to solve. As a child, she was incredibly clumsy, something which she has worked hard to combat as she has gotten older. Of course, no matter how much training she has, she will still never be able to erase the mud-soaked paws of her kitten hood. Misthop's passion is also seen in her relationships with others. When she pledges herself to someone, be that as a friend, mate, or relative, those bonds are hard to break. The only difficulty is that sometimes she has to choose one bond over another, and finds herself suffering as she is left with no choice but to sever the ties she works so hard to build.

History:
Mistkit was born in GladeClan, the well beloved daughter of the leader of the Clan, FogStar, and his mate, Wolfcry. Of course, as they were both tomcats, they had to receive the help of a surrogate. Mistkit's kitten hood was happy, though she often got herself into trouble. Once, when she was only a kitten, a flood destroyed part of her camp, and she had to climb up the old bone-pile in order to escape. Of course, as she could not understand all that had happened, she saw it all as a great adventure.
Mistkit faced her first great upheaval when she was five moons old. FogStar had disappeared, taking with him a few of their clanmates, as well as one of his sons, Stormkit. Mistkit would never understand why her father left, nor why he had chosen to take one, but not all, of his kittens with him. Sometimes she would find herself wondering if her father had meant to come back for the rest of them, but faced some challenge. Or, perhaps he had meant for them all to be left behind.
Despite this setback, the young she-cat soldiered on, watching her other father, Wolfcry, become the next leader, and making friends in the form of a former loner named Magpiepaw. Mistpaw became an apprentice herself, training under the kind, albeit nervous, Oleandarmoon. Mistpaw and Magpiepaw were very good friends, though Mistpaw could not help but dream that one day, they could become more than that. Of course, learning that her friend harbored secret feelings for another cat, a tom from ShellClan, put a bit of a damper on that.
But, even with these setbacks, Mistpaw continued to enjoy life and support her friend, even when she greatly disagreed with her. From the time she was nine moons old to the time she finally became a warrior, Mistpaw's life continue to be bumpy. Her mentor, Oleandarmoon, fell ill, and she was assigned to a new mentor in the form of the newest deputy, Tindermoth. One of her brother, Cloverpaw, was continuously falling ill, and eventually he succumbed to his sickness and passed away at the age of 10 moons old. Only a few days after Cloverpaw's death, Mistpaw's other brother, Howlpaw, ran off into the forest on his own. He was found a few days later, but a predator had found him first, leaving little of him behind.
At twelve moons old, Misthop finally received her warrior name alongside her one remaining littermate, Riverlight. For a while after this, it seemed that Misthop's life had gotten back on track. Around the time she was 17 moons old, WolfStar chose to step down, claiming that the stresses of leadership were weighing on him to a point that he felt he was no longer serving the clan, as well as the fact that he claimed his leadership was always meant to be a temporary fix to their problem after FogStar had left them without someone to follow. Although Misthop was saddened that her father would no longer be leader, she understood his decision, and was excited to see what TinderStar, their new leader and her former mentor, would bring to the clan. Unfortunately Misthop was never able to experience this, as GadeClan's territory was destroyed by a fire, and TinderStar went missing. Among the others who went missing were Misthop's sister, her father, and her other former mentor. Those who could fled to ShellClan, the only place that had not been ravaged by the flames. There, on ShellClan's island, Misthop's life would once again change, this time for the better.
While on ShellClan's island, Misthop met and began speaking to a ValeClan Molly by the name of Tulipstorm. They hit it off immediately, and every day, they found themselves growing closer. They constantly sought out one another for comfort, went on patrols together, etc. Despite their different backgrounds, the two of them felt an instant connection. Within one moon, they had decided that they would be mates. They sought out a tomcat who would be their surrogate, and Tulipstorm soon delivered a litter of perfect kittens. The youngest of the litter, who Tulipstorm named after her recently deceased sister, Bluebellheart, was unfortunately born stillborn. His vigil was attended by cats of all clans, and he was sent off to the sea on a bed of palm fronds, as was tradition in ShellClan, but also covered in flowers, and clutching a small mouse skull between his paws, in line with the traditions of his mothers' clans.
Misthop and Tulipstorm knew that not all of their clanmates approved of the family they had made together, but it mattered little at the time. Even if they got strange looks, they were still able to be loyal to their clans while also remaining together, seeing as all of the clans lived together now. Unfortunately, this united mega clan was not made to last. ShellClan's island was not made to sustain everyone, and the constant shifts of leadership caused tensions to rise. Of course, they could not return to the way things were, when there were four clans. Too many cats had been lost in the fires, and many cats had made friendships that they did not want to abandon. And so, it was decided that two new clans would form. WaveClan, consisting mostly of cats who had once been loyal to ShellClan or ValeClan, and OakClan, consisting mainly of the cats who came from GladeClan and PeakClan. Understandably, Misthop was conflicted by this. There was a part of her that was glad to see something of her clan returning, but she could not stand the thought of losing everything that she and Tulipstorm had built together. She had only just managed to create a new family for herself, and now she was at risk of losing it. Misthop was faced with a decision that she never expected she would have to make. Would she follow her own ambitions in OakClan, where she had high standings and the respect of many cats, or would she follow the she-cat that she had sworn to love for all eternity? Misthop knew what she would have to do. Ever since she was a child, family had been the thing that drove her forward. That could not change now. And although she still believed in the old saying that one's clan would become one's family, she could not deny the fact that the family she knew in GladeClan had all disappeared, and the forest, although beloved, was full of memories that she no longer wished to relive. And so, Misthop began her next great adventure as a warrior of WaveClan.
Misthop settled into her new clan fairly well, though there were certainly a good many things that other cats had to educate her on, and a whole list of feelings she would have to get used to, such as how often cats seemed to wander on their own, or how vulnerable she felt without the cover of the trees. One thing that helped Misthop was the training of her apprentice, Owlpaw. Owlpaw had been born in PeakClan, but like Misthop, she had chosen to put down roots in WaveClan thanks to the friendships she had made, and the budding relationship she had with one of ShellClan's apprentices. Misthop and Owlpaw learned to navigate the new world of WaveClan together, learning from one another as well as their clanmates. Looking back, Misthop will always claim that her apprentice taught her just as much, if not more, than she ever taught her. Misthop was able to watch proudly as Owlpaw rose to become Owlcry, and her own kits became apprentices. Save for the occasional hiccup, and one of her son's strange fascination with torturing his siblings, life was going well for the family.
Leaf-fall came around, and as the days shortened, and the nights began to stretch, Misthop could not help but notice that her mate was getting more restless. Tulipstorm often woke up in the middle of the night mewing about her own long dead brother, Violetfire, or mumbling that there was some place they had to go. Misthop did not know what to make of any of it. In an effort to calm and comfort her mate, Misthop made a promise that no matter where they had to go, they would do it together. Misthop would always be at Tulipstorm's side. Little did Misthop know that she would soon have to prove this promise true.
It was the night of the Ghost Moon, when legend has it that spirits of cats long-dead could walk among the living, that Misthop truly saw her mate's change. Tulipstorm was oddly quiet, as if she had something important on her mind, but did not know how to say it. After the gathering, Misthop was finally able to get some time alone with her mate and find out what was going on. Then, Tulipstorm told her that she had felt Violetfire with her, and she could hear his voice. He was telling her to go find Swiftleap, their mother who had been exiled from the clan many moons before Misthop and Tulipstorm had met. He wanted Tulipstorm to find her, and join the clan that was quickly forming under her, which would soon be known as PrairieClan. Tulipstorm began to beg her mate to believe her, and told her that they had to go. What was more, they had to go now, tonight. At first, Misthop wanted to refuse. It wasn't that she thought her mate was lying, but she simply could not be so quick to believe that Violetfire would truly be able to come to her in a way such as this, let alone deliver all of these messages. And what about WaveClan? Were they just gonna leave it all behind? And, most of all, what about their children?
Tulipstorm assured her that everything would be fine. Even if they couldn't convince their kits tonight, then they could just come back for them. Besides, they would surely be excited to go to a new clan where they did not have to worry about the fact that their parents had come from different clans, or that they were being monitored by the leader.
Misthop agreed, and the two of them set off for PrairieClan.
