The mysterious pool is a small pool of water, around three cat-lengths across. It fills with water from a stream that travels up and connects to the river that borders Oakclan and Breezeclan. It is unknown what keeps this pool from overflowing and flooding the territory, even in the heaviest of rainfall, it stays its regular height. Many cats have come to believe there is an underground river that lets the pool of water drain as many have noticed leaves get sucked beneath the water by an unknown current. Cats have been warned not to swim in this water, though many don't want to get their fur wet anyway or risk drowning in the deep water, as it is believed the mysterious current would pull a cat under and they would be lost forever. What isn't know to any cat, is the pool drains out somewhere along the lake, so if a cat were to get sucked under, they would drown, but be spat out somewhere in the lake where their body could, in theory, be recovered for proper burial.
